What this trial studies
This intervention development project aims to optimize the StEP OUT program, which provides online nutrition education and parenting support to Hispanic/Latinx families starting in the third trimester of pregnancy and continuing through the first six months of infancy. The program is delivered by a registered dietician and certified lactation counselor, utilizing a combination of didactic instruction, reflective discussion, and hands-on practice to promote healthy prenatal nutrition and infant feeding practices. The study will involve multiple cohorts and will adapt the program based on participant feedback and community engagement to ensure feasibility and acceptability.
