What this trial studies

This study aims to assess the impact of environmental stress on daily glucose changes in Hispanic adults at risk for diabetes and to develop an intervention using constant glucose monitors (CGM) to reduce diabetes risk. By utilizing CGM, participants can gain insights into how various factors such as food, activities, and emotions affect their glucose levels. The intervention will be nurse-led and delivered asynchronously to accommodate participants' time constraints. The ultimate goal is to inform policies regarding social determinants of health and improve diabetes prevention strategies in the Hispanic community.
