What this trial studies
This is a prospective, open-label early phase 1 imaging study of 68Ga-XT771, a PET probe that targets the CAIX/CAXII proteins, in adults with glioblastoma or clear cell renal cell carcinoma. Participants will receive 68Ga-XT771 and undergo PET/CT imaging to characterize tracer uptake, biodistribution, safety, and tolerability. The study will collect imaging and safety data to determine how well the tracer detects CAIX/CAXII-expressing tumors and to describe its pharmacokinetics. Conducted at the Chinese PLA General Hospital, the trial is intended as an initial clinical evaluation to inform future larger studies.
Who should consider this trial
Good fit: Adults aged 18 or older with a diagnosis of glioblastoma or clear cell renal cell carcinoma who can give informed consent and attend the study visits are ideal candidates.
Not a fit: Pregnant or breastfeeding individuals, people with known allergies to the tracer components, or patients judged by investigators to have conditions unsuitable for the tracer are unlikely to benefit.

Known allergy to components of the investigational drug or its analogues 2. suspected to have a certain disease or condition that is not suitable for the study drug 3. Known pregnant or lactating women
