What this trial studies

This longitudinal study will evaluate the effects of a personalized music-based intervention using the Rubato Life app on patients with dementia over a period of 6 to 12 weeks. Participants will be randomly assigned to either an intervention group, where they will listen to personalized music playlists for at least 30 minutes daily, or a control group receiving standard care. The study aims to assess improvements in emotional, functional, and cognitive outcomes, with heart rate variability monitored through smartwatches in the intervention group. The goal is to determine if personalized music can provide greater benefits compared to standard care.
