What this trial studies

This clinical trial evaluates the effectiveness of an online training program designed to support family caregivers of individuals with dementia. The program focuses on enhancing caregivers' well-being and positive interpretation of caregiving challenges through psychoeducation and thought training. Participants will engage with the program at their own pace and complete questionnaires to assess changes in their mental health and caregiving experience over three months. The study compares the intervention group to a waitlist control to determine its impact.
