What this trial studies
This study evaluates the effectiveness of an online psychosocial self-help program specifically designed for Chinese immigrant women diagnosed with breast cancer. Participants will be divided into two groups: one receiving the online program and the other not receiving it, allowing for a comparison of outcomes. The study employs a mixed-methods design, incorporating longitudinal surveys and focus groups to assess participants' experiences and the program's impact on their distress levels and overall well-being. The goal is to tailor future support programs to better meet the cultural and language needs of this population.
