What this trial studies

This study evaluates the impact of an Online Stress Management (OSM) program on nurses' perceptions of their workload and stress levels. A total of 90 nurses participated, with 45 assigned to the OSM program and 45 to a control group due to non-randomized allocation. The program consisted of six weekly sessions, each lasting 40-50 minutes, and utilized various assessment tools to measure changes in stress and workload perception. The goal is to determine if the OSM program can effectively reduce stress and improve workload perception among nurses.
