What this trial studies

This project evaluates the effectiveness of an online program designed to enhance diet and self-care among patients with multiple sclerosis, clinically isolated syndrome, fibromyalgia, post-acute sequelae of COVID-19, and cancer in remission with persisting fatigue. Participants will engage in course modules that include personal assessments and exercises aimed at improving their health through dietary education and lifestyle changes. The program covers various strategies, including food interventions, physical activity plans, and resilience-building techniques. Participants are encouraged to collaborate with their healthcare teams to tailor the suggested strategies to their individual needs.

Who should consider this trial

Good fit: Ideal candidates include individuals with self-reported multiple sclerosis, clinically isolated syndrome, fibromyalgia, post-acute sequelae of COVID-19, or cancer in remission with ongoing fatigue.

Not a fit: Patients without a diagnosis of the specified conditions or those not willing to engage in an online program may not benefit from this study.

Why it matters

Potential benefit: If successful, this program could significantly improve the quality of life and health outcomes for patients with autoimmune conditions.
