What this trial studies

This clinical trial aims to compare the effectiveness of the Spanish version of the eBodyProject with a traditional educational prevention program for eating disorders among female college students. Participants will undergo a pre-assessment followed by a 4-week intervention period where they will engage in either the eBodyProject or the traditional program. The study will analyze risk factors for eating disorders, measure changes pre- and post-intervention, and assess long-term efficacy through follow-ups at 1, 3, and 6 months. The goal is to validate the Spanish adaptation of the eBodyProject and determine its effectiveness in preventing eating disorders.

1. Female college students
2. Currently studying college degree, master or post-degree
3. Participants must show inform consent
4. Age \> 18 years

Exclusion Criteria:

1. Currently, absence of eating disorders or other several psychological problem
2. Currently on treatment for an eating disorder
