What this trial studies
This study investigates the effects of a brief 14-day online mindfulness intervention on stress, anxiety, depression, and repetitive negative thinking (RNT) among Indonesian undergraduate students. Given the high levels of emotional distress reported by students in Indonesia, the intervention aims to provide accessible mental health support through online psychoeducation. The study will also explore the mediating role of RNT in the relationship between mindfulness and mental health outcomes. Participants will be recruited from universities in Indonesia and will complete assessments before and after the intervention.
Who should consider this trial
Good fit: Ideal candidates for this study are Indonesian undergraduate students experiencing stress, anxiety, or depression.
Not a fit: Patients who regularly practice yoga, meditation, or mindfulness, or those currently receiving psychological treatment may not benefit from this study.

Inclusion criteria: * Being admitted to one of the universities in Indonesia * Having good eyesight and hearing * Access to the internet and familiarity in navigating the internet Exclusion criteria: * Practicing yoga/ meditation/ mindfulness regularly * Receiving psychological treatment at the time of study enrolment * Current alcohol or drug abuse
