What this trial studies
This study investigates the effectiveness of an online intervention aimed at reducing diabetes distress in individuals with type 1 diabetes compared to traditional individual counseling sessions. Participants will be divided into two groups, with one receiving the online intervention and the other receiving personalized counseling via online, phone, or face-to-face methods. The study aims to assess the feasibility and acceptability of both interventions, focusing on participant engagement and feedback. The research addresses the emotional burdens faced by patients managing diabetes and seeks to improve their overall well-being.
