What this trial studies

The OFICE registry is a prospective observational project aimed at characterizing the population of patients with Chronic Lymphoid Leukaemia (CLL) in the Finistere area of France. It will collect data on patient characteristics, treatment patterns, and healthcare resource utilization, while also evaluating the relationship between cytogenetic and immunophenotypic features and disease progression. This registry will serve as a valuable resource for researchers and healthcare providers to enhance clinical practice and inform future studies.

Who should consider this trial

Good fit: Ideal candidates for this registry are adults aged 18 and older with a clinical diagnosis of CLL or SLL.

Not a fit: Patients with other B-cell malignancies will not benefit from this registry.

Why it matters

Potential benefit: If successful, this registry could improve understanding of CLL and lead to better treatment strategies for patients.

How similar studies have performed: While observational studies in CLL have been conducted, this specific registry approach is novel for the Finistere region.
