What this trial studies
This study aims to evaluate the impact of music therapy on anxiety levels among family health personnel working in primary health care centers during the COVID-19 pandemic. It employs a randomized controlled design, where participants will be divided into an intervention group receiving daily 15-minute music therapy sessions for five days, and a control group with no intervention. Data on anxiety levels will be collected using online surveys and analyzed using SPSS software. The study is set to take place from August 4 to December 31.

Inclusion Criteria: * Not having a verbal or auditory communication barrier, * To voluntarily agree to participate in the research, * Not having a diagnosis of neuropsychiatric disease, * Having the opportunity to fill out the surveys online, * Possess the title of midwife or nurse. Exclusion Criteria: * Having a diagnosed neuropsychiatric disorder, * Verbal and auditory communication disability, * Not being willing to participate in the research, * Having a title other than a midwife or nurse.
