What this trial studies
This study investigates the effectiveness of time pressure motor rehabilitation combined with step square exercises on improving decision-making abilities and quality of life in stroke patients. The intervention focuses on patients aged 50 to 65 who have experienced a stroke for more than three months and have mild spasticity. Participants will undergo functional care training to assess the impact of these exercises on their rehabilitation outcomes. The study aims to address the cognitive and physical impairments that often accompany stroke recovery.
Who should consider this trial
Good fit: Ideal candidates are stroke patients aged 50 to 65 with mild spasticity and at least three months post-stroke.
Not a fit: Patients who have had a stroke for less than three months or those with severe cognitive impairments will not benefit from this study.
Why it matters
Potential benefit: If successful, this approach could significantly enhance decision-making skills and overall quality of life for stroke patients.
How similar studies have performed: While similar approaches have been explored, this specific combination of time pressure motor training and step square exercises is relatively novel.
