What this trial studies

This study evaluates the impact of the eFisioTrack platform on the rehabilitation of patients with shoulder injuries at the University Hospital of Elche. Patients will be randomly assigned to either a control group receiving physiotherapist-supervised exercises or an experimental group using the eFisioTrack system for independent exercise. The study aims to assess the effectiveness of this monitoring device on clinical outcomes such as pain and function, using established patient-reported measures. Participants will undergo assessments at baseline and one month after starting their rehabilitation program.
