What this trial studies

This observational study aims to implement a routine outcome monitoring system at the Centro de Psicología Aplicada in Quito, Ecuador, to track changes and outcomes in clients undergoing psychological interventions. It will systematically record participant characteristics and treatment outcomes through assessments completed by therapists and clients. The goal is to develop normative trajectories of change and improve the quality of psychological treatments based on the collected data.

Who should consider this trial

Good fit: Ideal candidates for this study are individuals aged 11 years and older who are receiving psychological treatment at the Centro de Psicología Aplicada and can communicate in Spanish.

Not a fit: Patients with substantial cognitive deficits that hinder their ability to participate in evaluations may not benefit from this study.

Inclusion Criteria:

* Be 11 years of age or older.
* Have sufficient ability to communicate in Spanish.
* Undergo psychological treatment at the CPA.

Exclusion Criteria:

* Present substantial cognitive deficits that do not allow the development of the evaluation.
