What this trial studies
This study evaluates the effectiveness of a Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) program tailored for students with visual impairments experiencing emotional and behavioral problems. It consists of two phases: the first phase involves a cross-sectional survey to assess psychosocial factors related to these issues, while the second phase is a randomized controlled trial to implement the MBSR intervention. The goal is to enhance the emotional well-being and adaptive behaviors of these students, ultimately improving their quality of life and academic success.
