What this trial studies
This study investigates the impact of laughter therapy on food cravings among young women experiencing premenstrual syndrome (PMS). It involves nursing students at Sinop University who have a PMS score of 43 or higher. Participants will be randomly assigned to either an intervention group receiving online laughter therapy sessions or a control group. The effectiveness of the therapy will be assessed through pre- and post-intervention evaluations using the Premenstrual Syndrome Scale and the Food Craving Scale.

Inclusion Criteria: * Being a nursing student, * Being a female student, * Volunteering to participate in the study. * Having a PMS score of 43 and above Exclusion Criteria: * Not to study as a nursing student * Being a male student * Not to volunteer to participate in the study * Participants who have a PMS score of 42 and below
