Kinesiotherapy exercises for treating cervicobrachial neuralgia
Effects of Kinesiotherapy Exercises Along With Cervical Mobilization in Cervicobrachial Neuralgia.
This study is testing if kinesiotherapy exercises combined with neck movements can help people aged 30-50 with cervicobrachial neuralgia feel less pain and move their neck better compared to just neck movements alone.

What this trial studies
This clinical trial evaluates the effects of kinesiotherapy exercises combined with cervical mobilization on patients suffering from cervicobrachial neuralgia, which causes pain in the arm and neck. A total of 30 participants aged 30-50 will be randomly assigned to two groups: one receiving kinesiotherapy exercises and cervical mobilization, and the other receiving only cervical mobilization. Pain levels will be assessed using a visual analogue scale, and neck range of motion will be measured with a goniometer. The data will be analyzed using SPSS software to determine the effectiveness of the interventions.
Who should consider this trial
Good fit: Ideal candidates are males and females aged 30-50 with neck pain radiating to the upper limb and limited range of motion due to articular dysfunction.
Not a fit: Patients with fibromyalgia, previous cervical/thoracic spine surgery, limited glenohumeral joint movement, or neurological diseases will not benefit from this study.
Why it matters
Potential benefit: If successful, this approach could significantly reduce pain and improve mobility for patients with cervicobrachial neuralgia.
How similar studies have performed: While similar approaches have been explored, this specific combination of kinesiotherapy and cervical mobilization in this patient population is relatively novel.
