What this trial studies

This observational study aims to assess the knowledge, attitudes, and behaviors regarding antibiotic resistance and prudent antibiotic use among healthcare workers in Syria. It will utilize a multicenter cross-sectional approach, collecting data through an online questionnaire distributed via social media across various governorates. The questionnaire, designed based on previous studies, will take approximately 5-10 minutes to complete and will include eight sections. A minimum of 200 healthcare workers will be recruited using snowball sampling to ensure a diverse participant pool.

Who should consider this trial

Good fit: Ideal candidates for this study are healthcare workers aged 25 to over 65 in Syria.

Not a fit: Patients who do not agree to participate or have previously filled out the questionnaire will not benefit from this study.

Inclusion Criteria: We include healthcare workers, males or females aged 25 to over 65.

Exclusion Criteria: Participants who do not agree to fill the questionnaire, who do not agree to fill all requested questions, and who filled the questionnaire before.
