What this trial studies

The Run It Up project aims to address the link between structural factors, youth identity development, and violence by promoting non-violent identity trajectories among adolescents. This community-based intervention involves a quasi-experimental design with pretests and multiple post-tests, collecting data from youth and their guardians in both intervention and comparison communities. The project will also develop and disseminate media products that highlight positive life trajectories, aiming to reshape adolescents' perceptions of their possible futures and reduce involvement in violence.

Good fit: Ideal candidates for this intervention are adolescents aged 12-16 residing in the intervention community.

Not a fit: Patients who do not reside in the intervention community or are outside the specified age range may not benefit from this study.
