What this trial studies
This study evaluates a school-based intervention designed to enhance the wellbeing of children aged 8 to 11 years in Ireland. The program, called A Lust for Life (ALFL), consists of ten 40-minute classes that teach resilience, emotional literacy, and self-regulation skills through various methods including didactic instruction and experiential exercises.
