What this trial studies
This project aims to enhance collaboration among staff in five family medicine clinics at Michigan Medicine. The intervention involves staff meetings where team members discuss their needs and offers for support across different roles. Participants will prioritize tasks that can help alleviate workload and improve job satisfaction. The study seeks to foster a culture of teamwork and address barriers to collaboration through ongoing discussions and consensus-building. Ultimately, the goal is to create actionable strategies that enhance staff well-being and patient care.

Good fit: Ideal candidates for this study are staff members in roles such as medical assistants, nurses, clerical staff, or clinicians working in the participating family medicine clinics.
Not a fit: Patients who are not part of the specified staff roles or who work outside the participating clinics may not benefit from this study.
Why it matters
Potential benefit: If successful, this initiative could lead to improved staff morale and better patient care outcomes in family medicine clinics.
