What this trial studies
This study aims to validate the effects of cognitive correction and stimulus control on chronic insomnia patients. Cognitive correction focuses on identifying and changing erroneous beliefs about sleep, while stimulus control modifies behaviors associated with sleep to create a positive association with the bed. Participants will also receive education on sleep hygiene to further support their treatment. The study will assess the impact of these interventions on sleep quality and cognitive distortions related to insomnia.
