What this trial studies

This observational study aims to develop a multimodal self-management support intervention for individuals with difficult asthma, focusing on enhancing long-term engagement in exercise and healthy behaviors. The intervention is grounded in behavioral science and health psychology principles, addressing the complex psychological and cognitive processes involved in maintaining these behaviors. By conducting qualitative interviews with both patients and healthcare professionals, the study seeks to identify effective strategies for supporting individuals in managing their asthma more effectively outside of clinical settings.
