What this trial studies
This clinical trial aims to evaluate the effectiveness of the iMentalize program and the Mediational Intervention for Sensitizing Caregivers - Self Administered version (MISC-SA) in enhancing parents' mentalization skills and improving the mental health of their children aged 6 to 18. Participants will be randomly assigned to one of three interventions delivered through 30 weekly online sessions over one year. The study seeks to determine whether these community-based interventions can foster better parent-child interactions and overall mental well-being. The trial is designed as a multisite, randomized controlled trial to ensure robust data collection and analysis.
