What this trial studies

This project investigates the effectiveness of iLookOut's Core Training combined with innovative Micro-Learning to enhance knowledge retention and behavior change among early childhood professionals regarding child maltreatment and reporting. The study will utilize a randomized controlled trial design to assess the timing of Micro-Learning interventions and their impact on knowledge decay and behavior change. Participants will access the training online, and the study will compare outcomes between early childhood professionals and non-professionals to evaluate the broader applicability of the training.
