What this trial studies

This study evaluates the effectiveness of KF-STRIDE, a web-based intervention designed to enhance job interview skills in young adults with Autism Spectrum Disorder. Participants will learn to identify their unique strengths and practice articulating these strengths in socially appropriate ways during interviews. The intervention will be implemented in collaboration with Spectrum Works, a non-profit organization that provides job training for autistic youth. The goal is to assess the real-world applicability of KF-STRIDE, building on promising pilot data from a lab-based setting.

Who should consider this trial

Good fit: Ideal candidates are young adults aged 14-26 with Autism Spectrum Disorder who are seeking to improve their job interview skills.

Not a fit: Patients with significant psychiatric illnesses or neurological conditions may not benefit from this intervention.

Why it matters

Potential benefit: If successful, this intervention could significantly improve job interview outcomes for young adults with autism, enhancing their employability.
