What this trial studies
This study aims to enhance the delivery of essential health and nutrition services for children under five years old by optimizing the implementation of vitamin A supplementation and immunization programs in selected areas of Kenya and Senegal. It will assess the effectiveness of this optimized approach compared to the current standard of care over an 18-month period. The study will also evaluate the feasibility of the implementation model and identify factors influencing service coverage outcomes.
