What this trial studies

This study investigates the effects of neural mobilization techniques on balance, flexibility, and functional performance in healthy young women. Participants will be divided into three groups: one receiving neural mobilization, another receiving neural mobilization combined with dynamic stretching, and a control group receiving only dynamic stretching. The aim is to determine whether these interventions can enhance physical performance and balance in individuals without pre-existing medical conditions. The study addresses gaps in existing literature regarding the application of neural mobilization in asymptomatic populations.

Who should consider this trial

Good fit: Ideal candidates for this study are healthy young women aged 18 to 30 with no medical conditions that contraindicate physical exercise.

Not a fit: Patients with structural spinal deformities, recent surgeries, or any neurodegenerative disorders may not benefit from this study.

Why it matters

Potential benefit: If successful, this study could provide insights into non-invasive methods to enhance physical performance and prevent injuries in healthy individuals.

How similar studies have performed: While some studies have shown positive effects of neural mobilization on flexibility, the specific impact on balance and performance in healthy individuals remains largely untested.
