What this trial studies
This study investigates how engaging nursing students in puzzle activities can enhance their willingness to work with older adults and improve their competence in gerontological nursing. Conducted with second-year nursing students at Gazi University, the study employs a parallel-group randomized controlled design, involving at least 86 participants divided into intervention and control groups. The intervention group will participate in puzzle activities related to gerontological nursing, followed by discussions to reinforce learning. Data will be collected using validated scales to measure outcomes.

Inclusion Criteria: * • Being a second-year nursing student * Volunteering to participate in the study Exclusion Criteria: Not taking the Geriatric Health Nursing course * Having difficulty in understanding and speaking Turkish * Incomplete or incorrectly answered data collection tools * Willingness to withdraw from the study voluntarily
