What this trial studies
This study evaluates the effects of moderate and high-intensity training on cognitive functions and sleep quality among female students aged 18 to 25. Participants will be divided into two groups: one will engage in moderate intensity training through brisk walking, while the other will perform high intensity training using skipping rope. Each group will follow a structured exercise protocol over eight weeks, with sessions scheduled five days a week for moderate intensity and three days a week for high intensity. The study aims to determine how these different exercise intensities influence cognitive performance and sleep patterns.
