What this trial studies
This research aims to identify the various factors that contribute to the risk of musculoskeletal injuries among college students. The study will utilize structured questionnaires to gather data on demographics, anthropometric measurements, psychological aspects, posture, sleep quality, and physical activity levels. By analyzing these factors, the research seeks to understand their complex interactions and how they influence the likelihood of musculoskeletal injuries. The findings will help inform targeted preventive measures and interventions for this population.
Who should consider this trial
Good fit: Ideal candidates for this study are undergraduate students aged 18 to 25.
Not a fit: Patients who are graduate students or outside the age range of 18 to 25 will not benefit from this study.
Why it matters
Potential benefit: If successful, this study could lead to improved prevention strategies and interventions for musculoskeletal injuries in university students.
How similar studies have performed: Previous studies have indicated potential risk factors related to sleep quality and physical activity, but this specific approach to understanding their interactions is relatively novel.
