What this trial studies

This is an observational, questionnaire-based study of women aged 18–45 receiving infertility treatments (IUI, IVF, ICSI) at Acıbadem Health Group in Istanbul. Participants who speak Turkish and do not have diagnosed psychological disorders will complete validated measures of anxiety, quality of life, and attitudes toward AI. Researchers will analyze associations between AI attitudes and psychosocial outcomes and explore whether these relationships differ by treatment modality or demographic factors. The study aims to identify patterns that could inform communication and support strategies in fertility care.

Who should consider this trial

Good fit: Women aged 18–45 with primary or secondary infertility who are currently receiving infertility treatment (IUI, IVF, or ICSI) at Acıbadem and who can read and speak Turkish are ideal candidates.

Not a fit: Women who are not undergoing infertility treatment, those with diagnosed psychiatric disorders, non-Turkish speakers, or those unable to attend the Istanbul site are unlikely to benefit from participation.

Why it matters

Potential benefit: If successful, the findings could help tailor patient communication and support to reduce anxiety and improve quality of life while increasing appropriate acceptance of AI tools in infertility care.

How similar studies have performed: Previous research shows AI can support clinical decision-making in reproductive medicine and that anxiety affects quality of life, but direct study of how attitudes toward AI influence psychosocial outcomes in infertility is relatively limited.
