What this trial studies
This observational multicentre study evaluates the effectiveness and cost-effectiveness of therapist-guided internet-based cognitive behavioral therapy (ICBT) for moderate depression, panic disorder, and social anxiety disorder in routine healthcare settings. Participants will receive up to nine guided ICBT sessions, with therapist support provided weekly through a secure email system. The study aims to identify who benefits from this treatment, predictors of drop-out, and the influence of user experiences on adherence and effectiveness. Data will be collected from multiple clinics to assess the program's implementation and outcomes.
