What this trial studies
This study investigates the effectiveness of group therapy using Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) and Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT) in reducing symptoms of Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) among veterans and their family members.
