What this trial studies
This clinical trial investigates the effectiveness of a specific group therapy designed for individuals with Bulimia Nervosa (BN). A total of 100 patients diagnosed with BN will be pseudo-randomized into either the therapy group or a control waiting list group. Participants will complete self-report questionnaires at baseline, after the therapy, and at a two-year follow-up to assess changes in symptoms and identify mediating factors. The study aims to provide insights into the therapeutic mechanisms involved in treating BN through group therapy.
