What this trial studies
This project aims to investigate the usefulness and acceptability of a digital platform designed for children with disabilities, their families, and professionals involved in their care. Through semi-structured interviews with various stakeholders in France, the study seeks to identify the needs and concerns of future users to inform the development of the Deneo Kid application. The focus is on improving communication and collaboration among healthcare providers, educators, and families to enhance the rehabilitation process for children with chronic conditions.
Who should consider this trial
Good fit: Ideal candidates for this study include health, social, educational, or leisure professionals involved in the rehabilitation of children with disabilities.
Not a fit: Patients who may not receive benefit from this study include those who are not involved in the rehabilitation process or do not meet the age criteria of 11 to 25 years.
Why it matters
Potential benefit: If successful, this initiative could lead to improved integrated care and better health outcomes for children with disabilities.
How similar studies have performed: While the concept of using digital solutions in healthcare is gaining traction, this specific approach to pediatric rehabilitation is relatively novel and has not been extensively tested.
