What this trial studies
This observational study investigates the relationship between working in green spaces and the prevalence of musculoskeletal disorders (MSDs) among employees in the Territorial Civil Service in the Grand Est region of France. It aims to identify how occupational factors, such as biomechanical constraints and psychosocial risks, contribute to the development of MSDs. Participants will complete self-questionnaires to provide insights into their experiences with pain, discomfort, and other symptoms related to MSDs. The study focuses on individuals aged 18 to 62 who are actively working in this sector.
Who should consider this trial
Good fit: Ideal candidates for this study are individuals aged 18 to 62 who are employed in green space services within the Territorial Civil Service in the Grand Est region of France.
Not a fit: Patients who are not currently employed in green space services or those outside the age range of 18 to 62 may not benefit from this study.
Why it matters
Potential benefit: If successful, this study could lead to improved workplace practices and interventions that reduce the incidence of musculoskeletal disorders among workers in green spaces.
How similar studies have performed: While there is existing research on musculoskeletal disorders in occupational settings, this specific focus on green spaces is relatively novel and may provide unique insights.
