What this trial studies

* Seeking permanent contraception procedure through a Columbia University practice
* English or Spanish speaking
* Completed the Medicaid Title XIX Consent Form

Exclusion Criteria:

-Currently pregnant and seeking immediate postpartum permanent contraception
