What this trial studies
The REFRAME project offers the R3 Academy for Couples, a 24-hour evidence-based program designed to enhance relationship satisfaction among married adults in California. Participants can choose between attending live classes or livestream workshops, with the study evaluating how these different modalities impact outcomes such as marital satisfaction and conflict management. Couples must complete an eligibility survey, and those who qualify will participate in pre- and post-surveys, as well as a follow-up survey four months later. Incentives are provided for program completion and survey participation.

Not a fit: Patients with a history of domestic violence, untreated mental illness, or active substance abuse may not benefit from this program.
