What this trial studies

This study evaluates the impact of a structured physical exercise intervention on breast cancer survivors, focusing on adherence and health outcomes. It involves 30 women who have completed their breast cancer treatment within the last six months. The intervention includes a combination of aerobic exercises, such as dance and walking, along with resistance training, conducted four times a week over a 12-week period. Inclusion Criteria:

1. Women;
2. Adults;
3. confirmed diagnostic of breast cancer and with treatment completed (surgery, radiotherapy, or chemotherapy) within the previous six months.

Exclusion Criteria:

1. present metastatic breast cancer;
2. any clinical condition that would make participating in the exercise intervention impossible.
