What this trial studies
This observational study investigates kinesiophobia, or the fear of movement, among amateur volleyball players aged 18-30, focusing on differences between genders. It aims to understand how this fear impacts athletic performance, psychological well-being, and overall physical condition. The study will assess factors such as sleep quality and stress levels, which may influence kinesiophobia and pain perception in athletes. By analyzing these relationships, the research seeks to highlight the importance of addressing kinesiophobia in sports settings.
