Inclusion Criteria:

* Chiari I Malformation patients who suffer from clinical symptoms and radiological manifestations.
* Patients fit for surgery

Exclusion Criteria:

* Other types of Chiari malformations
* Patients with multilevel cervical disc herniation .
* Patients with segmental instability .
* Patients unfit for surgery
