What this trial studies

This observational study aims to assess patient satisfaction with telehealth services among individuals diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis. Participants, aged 19 and older, will complete a satisfaction survey following their telehealth visits, which will help identify factors influencing their experiences. Additionally, the study will implement a patient-facing tool for self-assessment of joint conditions, allowing patients to report tender and swollen joints. The goal is to gather insights from approximately 1500 patients across 12 rheumatologists to improve telehealth care delivery.

Who should consider this trial

Good fit: Ideal candidates for this study are adults aged 19 and older with a prior diagnosis of rheumatoid arthritis who can communicate in English or Spanish.

Not a fit: Patients who are younger than 19 years, do not have a diagnosis of rheumatoid arthritis, or cannot read and write in English or Spanish may not benefit from this study.

Why it matters

Potential benefit: If successful, this study could enhance the quality of telehealth services for rheumatoid arthritis patients, leading to better patient experiences and outcomes.
