What this trial studies

This study aims to assess the effectiveness of therapeutic education workshops designed for patients suffering from chronic insomnia. By empowering patients with knowledge about sleep principles, hygiene practices, and the risks associated with medications, the program seeks to improve self-management of their condition. Participants will engage in group sessions that focus on understanding sleep patterns and behaviors, ultimately aiming to reduce reliance on pharmacological treatments. The study will utilize actimetry to monitor sleep patterns and outcomes.
