What this trial studies
This study evaluates the effectiveness of a clinical intelligent management system designed to enhance the quality of primary care at community health service centers. It employs a prospective, randomized controlled, single-blind design, involving primary care physicians and adult patients at the Tiantongyuanbei Community Health Service Center and Shanghai Health and Medical Center. Physicians in the intervention group will use augmented reality glasses to assist in diagnosis and treatment, while patients will interact with the system for health education and follow-up reminders. The control group will receive standard care without the intelligent management system.
Who should consider this trial
Good fit: Ideal candidates are adults aged 18 and older receiving care at a community health service center.
Not a fit: Patients with severe mental illness or those unable to complete follow-ups may not benefit from this study.
Why it matters
Potential benefit: If successful, this system could significantly improve the quality of primary care and patient engagement.
How similar studies have performed: While the use of AI in healthcare is growing, this specific approach using augmented reality in primary care is relatively novel and has not been extensively tested.
