What this trial studies
This study aims to assess the effectiveness of a cocreated digital Escape Game designed to improve mental health outcomes among university students affected by the Covid-19 pandemic. A randomized controlled trial will involve 500 students in Bordeaux, France, who will complete online questionnaires before and after participating in the game. The study will evaluate changes in mental health literacy, emotional management, and coping strategies, as well as levels of anxiety, stress, and depression. Additionally, semi-structured interviews will gather qualitative feedback on the game's relevance and appreciation among participants.
