What this trial studies
This study aims to translate and adapt the Cognitive Therapy Rating Scale (CTRS) into the Urdu language, ensuring it is culturally relevant for Urdu-speaking populations. It will establish the psychometric properties of the translated scale, including its reliability, validity, and normative data. By improving the accessibility and accuracy of clinical assessments, the study seeks to enhance the quality of mental health care delivery and advance research in clinical psychology within these communities.
