Inclusion Criteria:

* Between the ages of 18-35,
* Primigravida,
* Applied for planned cesarean section,
* Live singleton pregnancy,
* Spinal anesthesia planned,

Exclusion Criteria:

* Women who develop postpartum maternal or neonatal complications
* Receiving general anesthesia.
